Taxis Have Nitrous and L3 Bunny Hop

Notes:
- Airplanes need the whole length of the runway to take off.
- At high speed, the game can't load scenery fast enough to keep up.

Freeze Everything

This freezes everyone but you. Peds walk in place, cars burn out and twist and turn trying to move but can't. Things you can do with this:
- Blow something up and freeze the debris in the air.
- Bail out of your vehicle while you're in the air and it'll stay up there.
- It's fun to piss off the cops and they have to stand in one place and try to shoot you from a distance.
- Launch a rocket and it stays right there in front of you. You can see rockets are backwards in GTA. Same for grenades and molotovs.
- Punch someone and watch them try to fight you, but they can't quite reach you.
- Could make race missions easier, if you really want to cheat.

To steal a frozen car, you may have to rapidly tap triangle.

Put on the Aggressive Drivers (R2, CIRCLE, R1, L2, LEFT, R1, L1, R2, L2) cheat to make this affect all traffic.

Moving Sidewalk

Everybody is sliding north like they're on a moving sidewalk, including you. It'll push you right through a wall and into the abyss if you're on foot, so don't let it push you into a wall! For that reason, I don't recommend using speeds above running speed.

Put on the Aggressive Drivers (R2, CIRCLE, R1, L2, LEFT, R1, L1, R2, L2) cheat to make this affect all traffic.

Does not work with Freeze Everything or More Speed. Do not enable more than one at a time.

Teleport Anywhere

Go to the map and go to a location and press CIRCLE to set the red waypoint target marker. Get back to the game and press L3+R3 to teleport to that location. It can take a few seconds for everything to load in around you, and you may be falling until it loads the ground.

The game chooses the nearest suitable location, looking for nearby roads. If you're trying to go to the middle of nowhere, you may get dumped a ways away.

The cheat does not change your heaven number, so if you're indoors, you're going to end up on the ground in a ghost world. Unless you want that, make sure you're outdoors when you use it.

This cheat is capable of taking you to areas of the map that are not unlocked yet if you aren't that far in the story missions.

Use it to poltergeist the vehicles in the street, or face north and fly around without a jetpack. If the vehicles are sticking to the ground, you can usually get some to break loose by firing off a round with any gun to make people panic and become aggressive drivers.

Basically, it speeds up gameplay whenever you're holding X for gas or thrust or sprint, or just standing there holding X to make time go faster. Great for impatient people. Hold L1 for negative gravity. Most cars and people stick to the ground, but cars you've touched are broken loose and will fly into the air and you can release it and let them fall to the ground. If you're using mega punch you can send people into the sky.

You can use this to force an airplane, helicoper, or flying car above the max height limit, but it becomes hard to control while above max height.

Do not use this with Jetpack Unlimited Height.

Street Landscaper Cheat

This cheat moves all kinds of stuff from the countryside, desert, and ocean into the city where it doesn't belong. You can make a downtown Monster Truck obstacle course, a safari world, or turn everything into a western ghost town with sage brush and cactuses in the streets. The Reduced Traffic Cheat comes in handy.

Select the enabler and select things to put on the streets. It's best not to select too many unrelated things or it turns into a hodgepodge. Don't forget to turn on the Enabler!

Not all streets load things. Different streets belong to different surface types, but most streets in cities are type 0. Country roads and some streets in downtown San Fierro are type 1.

You have to drive around for a while before things start to load, and wherever you start out, you have to drive away and come back before it'll load there. It's a lot of extra work for the software and it can't always keep up, so sometimes you just have to drive around and look for places where it's filling in.

Water Level Cheat

This cheat raises or lowers the water level everywhere in San Andreas. This was my favorite mod in Vice City and I was dying to try it in SA now that CJ can swim.

If the water level is high enough above your head when you load, you can walk around and drive on the ground under the water. Use the Jetpack cheat to fly yourself up to water level to get on the surface.
